Wordsworth – think about that taxi driver analogy I put to you a while back. Imagine getting behind that wheel and the passengers who are in the back. And then imagine a journey from London to Manchester without your usual stop-off at Edinburgh on the way. #-o

Tut! Grammar Terry! Surely you shouldn’t be ending a sentence with the word “to?”

Surely your sentence should have read:

Never mind the word “racism” Wordsworth; how about the word “stupidity” to which you singlehandedly, seem to have given a whole new meaning.

I love prepositions in the same way that you love a big mac and fries luv x

To be fair Panda, a lot of people don’t understand racism, either as a word that could be defined (regarding one race as superior or inferior to another) or recognising it when it occurs.

LOL, I gotta laugh @ Pepper’s last post. I guess I must have done something to upset him to warrant such unnecessary, yet sustained attention!

Seems Pepper has a very perverse understanding of “racism.”

It’s probably because your posts would be more at home on the Jeremy Kyle Show’s message board forum than on here (assuming that Jeremy Kyle has a message board).

    Pepper’s posts are excellent btw.

Sir Actor? I’ve asked him whether he’s an actor with a knighthood. He sent me a photo of him receiving it from the Queen and also one of him playing a scene with Tom Cruise. I believe him.

I know there are people online who portray themselves as differently from who they are in the real world.

I suppose using nicknames, instead of their real names is an example of that.
Are you saying that Sgt Pepper isn’t really a sgt and doesn’t wear a uniform? #-o Why on earth did I ever believe he was….?

    haaaaaa @ that poli :)

I think nicknames show imagination and give an insight into the person. People who use their real names could be considered boring!

    ahem

    *runs for it*

Creating a fictitious persona doesn’t require imagination, does it mims?
