Sorry Owen, I wasn’t being critical, just making an observation! I have not purchased one yet, but I have done some research. So far I can’t see past the £300 iPod 60GB, which equates to £5 per Gigabyte. This makes your choice positively extortionate. It feels nice in the hand and can also play video clips. The iTunes and overall support looks excellent, though I admit the battery issue concerns me slightly. It should last up to 5 years but having to send it back for replacement is a downer.

You will do well to convince me that the iPod is not the biz 8)

Well Catz, they say size isn’t everything, but in this case it is. You wouldn’t want your other half to buy you the smallest sofa in the world, or for that matter the BIGGEST. It must feel right in your hand, so have you tried it out? I think you will find it impractical, that’s if you can find it at all! I fear you will end up losing it, or mistakenly feeding it to your horse. I recommend taking it back and getting something to impress yourselves and not just your friends.

Is this the same company that is sending you on an all expenses paid do for Children In Need?
