I don’t usually bother making topics/posts on these boards and I probably won’t again. Not until Corbyn is PM and sat in 10 Downing Street.
JC, what do I get out of it, for one it is totally free, I don’t pay a penny. Not a bean. I can log on at anytime day or night of my choosing and I can often find someone like minded to chat to. I can share my troubles with others privately, or publicly. It is always my choice. With JC friends, or if I choose, with total strangers. I can laugh, or I can cry. I make the most of it when I am here and never take it for granted.
I don’t think JC owes me a living and the site has given me far more than I have ever given it back in return. Sometimes life is crap, sometimes it does drag us down and sometimes something familiar becomes the norm, to such an extent, you do take it for granted and then expect far more back, than you contribute.
You will get out of JC what you give back and for me, in the room, it is 75% positive. Not a bad return for something I don’t pay a single penny for is it.

Seriously though, I agree.
I’ve had my share of abuse on here but it’s also been a refuge of sorts, cathartic sometimes and a place to connect without commitments.
There are a few chatters here that although I’ve never met, nor will,have a special place in my heart.
It is possible to have interesting,intelligent convos, debates and banter.
Btw, do you fancy goat curry?
I would share a curry with you anytime Echo, but eating Gerry the goat would be like eating my own legs, which is my stock response, when I get unsolicited private PMs from ILikeBondageFromKentM.
