I love eggs….boiled…omelettes…poached by someone else…as I cant get the knack of poaching! I never time my boiled eggs because im not fussy as to how well done or not well done they are…I put them on the cooker and go away and do other stuff lol
Think the eggs might be ready now.

27 May, 2018 at 8:14 pm #1096499Apparently…Waitrose are selling Ostrich eggs and they weigh 4 kilos, are 4mm thick and they imply in all recipes that you need a hammer to open them….LMAO…feeds ten though…but at twenty smackeroonies……that’s still two pounds a person….
27 May, 2018 at 8:24 pm #1096501True Sarah…most eggs have a very high protein intake……..its great but eggs give too much of a protein kick at one time…..never had a problem years ago when i just drank the yellow parts…..i’m only yolking of course…….only Rocky can drink ten egg yellows a session.
LMAO
Thing is…..good as eggs are…they give off too much protein the body can probably handle at one time so that’s where the tummy ache comes from. But they are invaluable if one does loads of weight lifting or strenuous physical activity as protein repairs muscle as well as many other things.
I don’t eggs-pect you to under stand every thing i’m saying here….LMAO
