The expectation at Leicester is to win everything.
First off he dont have his badges, so he can’t, secondly he has no experience as a manager at club level, let alone international, good enough reasons in themselves.

No. I said i want Harry, but i dont see the FA having the guts to allow him to win us the world cup at his level.
So, considering the other English managers are not in the frame, Alan Shearer is the best man, as previous “qualified” managers weren’t successful.
If you had read the thread, i also mentioned Carlo Ancelotti, the best manager over the last 5 years.
BUT, what a combination, Alan Shearer with the guidence of the best England manager for over 40 years, Bobby Robson.
THAT somewhat answers the question of Alan’s lack of managerial “qualification”…
