Nothing really

Personally, im not a competitive person. When i worked in credit control and it was ” the person who brings in the most cash today wins a bottle of wine”, i never used to try.
Some people are very naturally driven and competitive, but it just leaves me cold.

i agree that the guides are just like any one else in the rooms. You cant get on with and like every one, just like in real life. However, over the past week or so i have witnessed one of the guides joining in with the bullying of some one in here. I thought the idea of being a guide was that you prevented this from happening, not join in with it.

I observe more than i say in the rooms and from what i’ve personally witnessed some guides get too involved and too friendly with the chatters. My opinion is that a guide should observe, get involved when it becomes abusive in the rooms, issue warnings, kick people out and ban.
