Tony Martin was morally and lawfully wrong.You know that and so do i.I cant believe that you would condone that.Had it been your son,who snuck out and got into that situation,youd be screaming for justice.Please blieve me you would.Look just because murder was commited in an unconventional way dosent mean its not murder.Now slither about all you like knowing your wrong,your just looking,pregudist and making yourself look daft.
Dosent matter knowing there age.He had sed to friends he was going to shoot the next person who broke in to his house.He was ready to kill.He did and was rightyly convicted of murder.

Exactley that happend to my mate.She lived alone,heard a noise in the kitchen one day.She opend the door and was face to face with a young man.He made up a silly excuse that he thought he was supposed to go there for a party.He stole her watch.She sed nothing to him and he left.Ofcorse he was a junkie and was rooteling about looking for anything he could sell.She must have been so scared.She dident even go to the police.I would have done the same until he left,damd sure id have went to the police.
An english mans home is his castle as the saying goes.Should we let our castles be taken?
Should we murder because because opertunity knocks?Evry ones home is there castle and no one should break in.
I too call a spade a spade .wouldent matter to me who it was,id still feel the same about it.Lol i have no doubt you would,id hope you would warn them first though.Fire a warning shot,tell them you have a gun and will use it.He had no intention of doing that.He told a pack of lies to the police.He knew what he had done.The public never knew the whole storey.I do think that because the boy was a gypsie,you would have had people like yourself shouting for freedom for Martin.He had evry right to kill the filthy vermin gypo.The fact of the matter was he was charged and convicted for murder.
If i had a break in and had to defend myself i would yes.I would be terrefied.I am not desputing that at all.There was a case not long ago where a man was defending himself and he killed one of the people that broke in to his house.The man was terrefied for his life and his wife.He was threghtend he had to fight back.He had to defend himself.

We know the 16 year old boy was no angel and he payed for that with his life.Did you see the documentry?
Did you see what kinda man Martin is.Fair play to him?There was nothing about what he did was fair.He gave them no warning.He was a criminal himself,he had no gun licence for the big pump action shot gun.
Martin had equipped himself with an illegally held pump-action Winchester Model 1300 12 gauge shotgun which he claimed to have found. Martin had his shotgun certificate revoked in 1994 after he found a man stealing apples in his orchard and shot a hole in the back of his vehicle.
He never found that,he had armed himself with the the gun because he was intent to kill someone.Horrible horrible man,he murderd the boy.Just because you can kill someone,dosent mean you have too.
As for the police,this is partley there fault for not dealing with the breakins.

As said many times im pro gun.And as for Tony Martin fair play to him.A farmer i know used to take the lead out the 12 bore cartridge and fill them with rice for people braking into his farm.
Fred Barras was no angle and got his come up in my book.Time the law looked after the right people and the do gooders stopped thinking theres good in everyone.
What the fuck is defend yourself but with only minimal force?If your going out to do crime the law shouldnt be on there side.

Heart-rending when you think just a little about it.
Horrible old man had no remorse.I think the boy had told someone he was going to do the house.Somehow the word got back to Tony Martin and he was sitting there waiting for them.
Im not in any way excusing what they were doing.He wasent a man he was a young lad.Tony Martin is thinking himself some sort of folk hero now.I honistly think it was murder.He was covicted of murder but it got commuted to manslaughter,he did three years.He sickend me with his attatude.
