Got a pair last Christmas  black with floral interiors  with black ribbon laces ( as well as a spare standard DM lace  Absolutely love them, but unfortunately  they slice my heels every time I wear them so have only worn them a few times …. Anyone got a good idea how to break them in? Cut free?

Never owned a pair and don’t want to….my brothers however did….obsessed they were….always cleaning them
