Hey just why don’t you get a slow cooker?  you can pick up a really cheap one for like 12 quid and you just put root veg and  meat in it with a stock cube and ignore it.

Four hours later you have a really nice healthy stew especially if 1 hour before the cooking time ends you put in a few butter/belotti beans in it.

im making lots of homemade stuff today havin a cook up.  Seems to cheer me up and keep me focussed apart from working.

Made carrot and coriander soup, making pate and will do homemade pizza with mozzarella stuffed crust.  Will freeze most of it.  May do mozzarella sticks too for another time.

I saw that was called Supersize me.  I love Mac d’s but often feel a bit sick after but maybe that’s cos I shovel it into my mouth at top speed.

Especially the fries.

So true, though I do think McDonalds breakfast menu is great. Once a month I make sure to get a few hash browns, a bacon n egg mcmuffin and a sausage n egg mcmuffin. Unlike the regulars burgers the breakfast one I always enjoy the most.
