A sexual assault, can occur in a number of different ways. This includes when a person touches another person without penetration, penetrates a person with fingers or another object, indecently exposed themselves, makes sexual threats or attempts to rape a person.

Now I know you are going to be a picky pain in the ass  oops sorry, but sexual assault with , say a bottle, or ‘rape’ with a penis actually has the same sentences in court but hey fill ya boots. You are taking a very serious subject and ridiculing it trying to score points …  both are abhorrent, No one here has stated otherwise.

I can’t find it online. I do know it is a research paper and I do know I have references to it but among realms of other paper in my loft, which I can’t be arsed sifting through. I am happy to concede the claim without evidence to back it up. Also I may well have been referring to imprisonment rates which of course isn’t the same thing. I really can’t recall specifically other than quoting from it more than a decade ago.
