And I always thought it was the team that won matches !!!
Well that shows how much you know about football Drivel and coming from the north east I can understand why. Of course players äctually “win” the games but it takes a bloody good manager with grit and determination to drive them. You only have to look at Chelsea before Mourinho came along. Great players … crap manager. Look at Real Madrid… probably the best group of players in the world BUT A CRAP MANAGER.
England needs an outspoken coach with the balls to take on the FA and someone who can kick Englands butts all the way to a world cup final. Unfortunately its the FA that make these appointments and all they want is someone to tow the line and not rattle any cages……….Before Mourinho came along? How much before? They didn’t exactly give Ranieri, did they? He was only there barely a season when money bags took over. And he did a pretty damn good job managing Chelsea with the amount of funds he was getting! Now look at the amount of funds Mourinho is getting? He has made some awful buys, and tripled a few players worth as a player…This rotation system won’t do them any favours in the long run when it comes down to buying world class players.
Even though he has won the league twice(even though it was expected with about 300 million quid he has spent on players, and 2 squads to choose from), he will be the death of Chelsea in the long run, and it is showing already, with players refusing to join up with Chelsea, mainly because of their awful rotation system, and players like Robben wanting to leave due to it…So no, Mourinho, in my opinion, is doing an awful job with Chelsea, and in the long run, it will show.

like i said, could have gone both ways, sending off lost the game for city, bradly wright phillips looked poor first half, great in the second, joey barton looked like he does’nt wanna play for city, christmas hamper was poor, but a great goal
well done west ham, aston first goal was a gem, but maybe david james should have covered his near post a little better ? though a bit harsh
west ham won’t win the cup, but a great run for them..and a very good season
How do you know they would have won it if Manchester City didn’t get a player sent off? Regardless of the sending off, West Ham were a better team in the first half, and slightly edged it in the second half, apart from the last 10 minutes, but every team would have put another team under pressure like that in an F.A Cup Quarter Final.
west ham had one effort on goal the first half, city had about the same, can’t see how west ham were the better side first half
You can be a better side, regardless if you have the same amount of shots….I’ve seen teams get p1ssed all over with only one shot on goal….It isn’t just me who think West Ham were the better team..The commentators and pundits think so too…Why don’t you go and email them about it.
It can be all about possession and the way you move the ball about too, Soulie…I thought you of all people should know that

After tonight i want birmingham to go down i want bruce to walk
We came up to the prem with TF team 1st seasion we had battlers fighter players with pride
Players that could hold there heads up and even after a lose could look there fans who pay hard ernd money in the face and say we tryed
tonight we have a team that steve bruce started to put to gether him self
premerdonas seconds that most the teams they came from didnt want coulent get in the first team so they came to us
Bruce as not got a clue i carnt blame him for it all the numb feeling iv got after watching that pile of shi te
i b;ame the 11 men on the pitch not 1 tryed not 1 HOW DARE THEY wait to swop shirts
THEY SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH HEAD HUNG LOW AFTER 90 MINS
But they are so far up there own ar ses they came to the home stands and claped us
GUTTED iv never felt this bad for a very very long timeSteve Bruce got you promotion to the premier league in the first place….Birmingham have too many rubbish players in midfield…I mean, you got Clapham(wow) Alex Bruce(wow), and some other rubbish midfielders you have playing week in, week out. That is barely going to get you anywhere in this league now a days, let alone getting above 14th.
Most of your defenders are below average players too.
Steve Bruce has to take some of the blame…But he got you up there in the first place…I personally think he should be done with Birmingham and take a new challenge.

Not me, but my beloved Pompey?
Personally I think we are gonna scrape thru, but I’m scared sh*tless!
     8)
For some strange reason, I want Pompey to stay up…I also think they have the quality to stay up….That allessandro dude is one hell of a player…He hasn’t really shined though…But if he gets like his old self…He would be one of the most creative players in the premier league, and he still is young…I have been a fan of him since he was 19….I couldn’t believe it when I heard that he had gone on loan to Pompey…The way he use to pick holes in defences were incredible…
If you get the best out of him for the remainder, and Lou Lou keeps producing with Mendes…Then I can’t see Pompey going down.

that was a f*ckin joke last night…and robbo you are dreaming if you think the hammers were the better team…we had far more chances…and if it wasn’t for the fact half our team were out with injuries we would have destroyed them…gutted…absolutely gutted :?
I think(and so do the commentators and pundits) that West Ham edged it, and deserved their win
Well done West Ham! What a season they are having!

a big If, i seen west ham play, and one game they can look good, another they can look poor
and the same can be said about city, its anyones game, would’nt like to bet on it
West Ham have played above average all season..If I put money on it..It would go straight on to West Ham
West Ham on fire…Manchester City on fire…If that happens then it’s still West Ham all the way
I want West Ham to win the FA Cup….That would be a great ending to their wonderful season.
