I went to work the other week in Wakefield , I went to the Coca Cola Distribution Depot on Ind Est 41 , I went for a few days only to find I was working with five lads my own age from Croatia, They could not speak English at all apart from who did a bit , When talking to him he tells me that they come over here & need to ern so much money before they can return home & live like kings ( his words ) .

I know people who have been unemployed because they cant get a job because these cooooonts come over , sign with agencys & pinch our jobs from under our noses , Meanwhile the Agency`s are still charging the company`s full wack & paying these lads peanuts but cos its more money than they have ever had before they snap it up & if your signed with one of these agency`s you can bet your bottom dollar they`ll phone them before phoning there own country folks .

I could get into a debate about global economy, market forces, foreign investment into the UK (Coca Cola is an American company after all), the but it would be wasted on those who don’t see past the end of their nose.

I could argue that the number of UK citizens who work abroad far outweighs the number of foreign nationals working here and if the whole world adhered to Ugo’s (supprted by Tad and Drivel) blindlingly blinkered bit of economics and allowed only indigenous nationals to work in their own country, our unemployment would treble due to returning workers from around the world and there would be even less jobs to moan about- of course we’d all have to find another scapegoat to blame for unemployment.

This country is relies on foreign investment to be successful- take 2 steps back, deep breath and 1,2,3…….you’re back in the room.
