You misunderstood what he said. He didn’t say that men 20+ shouldn’t be prosecuted for having sex with girls who are under 16. What he was saying was that teenagers often have relationships with boys or girls who are under 16 and that maybe this shouldn’t be classed as paedophilia e.g. a 17 year old boy sleeping with his 15 year old girlfriend. He said this kind of relationship happens all across the country all the time and questioned whether it was reasonable to prosecute every teen who has sex with someone who isn’t 16 yet.

But just because something happens (that is illegal) doesn’t mean we should change the law or the way the law is implemented to make allowances for this prevalence. Drug taking, drink driving and assault are all prevalent across the country but no one would suggest anything less than the full force of the law- a drink driver is a drink driver and a paedophile is a paedophile- end of story

This CHIEF CONSTABLE said someone who is 20 or 30 who has sex with a 13 year old girl should not be considered a peadophile. Well excuse me but I don’t care if a 13 year old lies buck naked in front of me n says “f/uck me”- I am an adult and have a responsiblity to that child n that does not include having sex with them.

. I don’t think he should be sacked for pointing out the reality of the society we live in.

No, he should be made to sit in counselling sessions where vulnerable 13 and 14 year olds sob whilst describing being abused by men who have identified their vulnerability and abused their trust to rape them

Why can’t they be permantely tagged and tracked like the wild animals that they are by gps signal, that way the police could track them all the time.
I suppose our caring government would be too scared to enforce such a thing in case the bleedin heart brigade cry “human rights”.

What planet did you live on owen 3 ft and 3 inches to a Yard ffs

Decimilisation has not worked – we still think in feet and inches MPH MPG Lbs and ounces

Actually Driv, older generations think like that

Anyone under the age of 30 will think in metres n litres- certainly my kids look blank when I discuss yards and feet with them. As generations pass, old measurements, just like the quart n the 2 1/2p coin will simply be a thing of the past

I now work out my MPG in litres (if that makes sense)

IF they’d have had their legs broken in several places for abusing children, they’d not be running anywhere

Some of the remarks clearly referred to Asians, so I don’t think the jury did their job properly. For example:

“When these Asians go out looking for a victim, they don’t go looking for Asian victims.
They don’t go mugging Asian grandmas, they don’t go stabbing each other, they don’t go trying to solicit sex off little Pritesh or little Sanjita, they go straight to the whites because they are trying to destroy us…”

Pritesh and Samjita are not muslim names either. Clearly this was incitement against Asians.

You don’t need to be Sherlock Holmes to work out that if someone is caught on tape carrying out a crime and he admits on tape to carrying out a crime then there’s a good chance that he’s guilty.

All those people who campaigned against a law to ban incitement to religious hatred should now realize what they’ve done. Even today, a Sikh in Glasgow was attacked by a gang of white youths who beat him up and cut his hair. So I think we do need a law to protect religious minorities.

Mr B- i don’t disagree, however the defence found it easy to steer the jury down the line of relgious hatred which isnt yet illegal

When you face it that the BNP is no better than any other political party, you will find enlightenment

Ruck me, theres a world of difference between BNP activists who do and dont owe council tax, and the old gang policies which are pretty much the same, come on.

I really beg to differ on your 2nd point slayer, ive read a reasonable amount of the BNP manifesto, seen for my own eyes in the flesh how BNP activists opperate, and what comes out of the gobs of the old gang holes, and i can honestly say theres a major difference.

Now, its been posed to me recently, that they wouldn’t implement their policy, but what we have now is a complete and utter nightmare. The least we could do, would be to enlist a completely different bunch of hardy souls (BNP, respect, ukip etc) to see if the future can be better.

If we get 4, 5, or 6 parties with reasonable power, THAT would be a revolution in comparison to what we have now.

Without going into a whole range of social nightmares, take the story of the drug prisoners who got £750,000 compensation, you cant tell me this is the result of hard working people in government who care about us.

We need a change, hell even you in power, ANYONE but the stalemate we have now.

Proportional representation – actually Ive long supported that electoral reform- you get enough votes, you get a voice, no matter how unpalatable that is

    yawn

To commit a crime, there has to be a law which says it is illegal

There is no law which says incitement to religious hatred is illegal, hence they were tried on incitement of racial hatred. As Islam is a religion and not a race, the defence had no difficulty in getting Griffin off- in boxing, it would be called a technical knockout.

Jus cos there isn’t a law doesn’t make it right

Are you by any chance suggesting that the whole thing is false and that these two didn’t do it ??? Surely not Emma – somebody so dedicated to the truth and free speech as yourself wouldn’t go into denial over all this would they??

You want me to take part in a debate created by you, a supposedly anti-BNP activist, who provides a story with abuse and no credible link.

I dont doubt much of the story, but taking your every word with abuse….all i have to go on is what you say, your just not completely trust worthy.

If whoever has done wrong, then it is wrong, but your headline is wrong…is the whole of the respect party, people who wear cat suits and pretend to be cats :D

JustChat make up abusive stories without foundation

Slayer, if we pull out of the eu, people in the eu will trade with us if we make a good enough product.

To think that we have to pay to be part of a bigger community of countries and not be capable of holding our own is pathetic and lazy.

This poxy government are useless at training the unemployed here, which is now 1.7 million, 2.7 million on sick benefit, pretty much 3 million unemployed, the only thing thats kept new labour going is the natural progression of the telecommunications network, which they have naff all to do with. They are taxing us to the hilt (leaving your bin out longer than a day, pathetic) because they are useless without backbone.

Hospitals wards are CLOSING by an alarming rate, money is starting to get very tight, they have to fight illegal wars for money with innocent people who are under protected, and its only when new labour’s education (tax) headline collapsies that people will finally realise what a sincere cok-up they voted for, by then it will be a nightmare which will take ten years to get back.

mr bigastuff, no link, and to think the bbc are more trustworthy of the facts about the eu, than a political party thats got 12? mep’s, well, just shows your arogance.
Ask all the editors of all the national media, and i’ll bet more trust talksport than the Biased Bollax Company.

Even when we agree, we can’t agree can we!

the EU is not an organisation which I support however I recognise the economic benefit of being in a single market. We should remain in the EU but by stick to its original principles of a common market place NOT some bureaucratic nightmare which impacts on our daily life

I think you’ll find that it was the SIS (MI6 if you prefer) that was involved in the infamous WMD intelligence fiasco…. the 45 minute claim and all that stuff.

MI5 deals with internal security within the UK and had no part to play in the provision of so-called evidence on the WMD matter.

Jeez, can’t a man have a drink without being corrected!
