Nah, just found it comforting and somewhat ironic that one of your basic perceptions of justice was no different from Sharia law which is an extreme islamic ideology. Kinda funny
Jeez, as for my love of immigrants, not sure about that- I like lots of people, love a minimal few- I know so many people who have anything but pure english blood in them- me current wife is an immigrant (half irish) and me first wife was BWI- never considered that I love immigrants over anyone else- just like people for who they are
I have pure english blood and have a family tree reading…… :D
As for immigrants the word makes me laugh as my in laws are all Irish, and some are ok but FIL is a p r i c k .
LOL My hubbys side (well his grandparents and relatives before them) were all scottish, Peterhead. I have pure English blood but that doesnt make me a Bigot 8)
becky n tad- I don’t think I ve ever called either of you a racist, bigot or any other derogatory names, nor would I- I can disagree with someone without having to insult them.
I don’t think I meant pure english blood meant you were a bigot- my family tree is english through and through (although a little bit of welsh is creeping in now!)- the point about the BNP to me is non white immigrants will be offered voluntary repatriation as if they were some kind of pariah! If they were serious and genuine, they’d offer it to all immigrants of all description!
Anyway enuff of that- a) I hope you voted cos it’s what makes a democracy and b) If you did vote BNP, was your constituency one of the ones who returned a BNP councillor in Birmingham?

If your experience had been at the hands of 8 white youths in hoodies- would that have meant all white youths in hoodies were at fault.
That’s the problem I have with the situation- blaming immigrants per se for the actions of a mindless few is like blaming every football fan in the country for the actions of a few hooligan thugs- i can’t relate to that.
For me, it is a crime and justice problem rather than an immigration one- everyone is subject to our laws- break the law, serve your sentence if convicted.
No im not so keen on hoodies either whatever colour they are as from experience they hang around scaring the old women round the shops and at night time even worse. All what i comment on is PERSONAL experience OK each person is different i dont see what you see and i wont just to please anyone. It seems to me if you dont agree on JC boards with the “ones who think they know it all” you gat called names. It is clear your personal experiences of immirgants living here is different to mine- I have not, nor would I, seek to play down or undermine your experience.

Well said Slayer, that was my point. Obviously Becky and i live in the same area and share the same problems and it is hard for someone not experiencing them to understand how we feel. Either that or they are biased for their own reasons.
I have found on this post, though i was called racist, its actually a few others who are racists and sadly and stupidly against their own race.

I actually prefer The 4400, it took me ages to get into lost and then i only watched it till the second but last episode and havent started the next series yet, i got bored. But i will give it a try when i remember. :lol:

Fact is and bottom line…..state needs to take care of the british citizens abiding by the rules and stop giving all the priviledges to the immigrants and instead of ‘turning a blind eye’ to their behaviour, make an example of them.

I believe that some maybe grasping at straws as i seem to not share the equal love and feeling for immigrants where i live as they are below the standard of a decent person. What i mean by this they dont know how to behave, causing fires, robbery, spitting at white people on buses etc. I could go on but i have a school run to do…….not quite 200 words but you can always give me a detention or better still ask my parents to ground me until i have thought about what i have done.
