Ok, FAMILY,.. one step at a time! Yes, i think it can be genetic as to why someone suffers from obesity, but i think too, it’s Psychological..

There’s nothing wrong with TRYING.. They love T.V, instead, take at least (10 minutes) a day trying out different exercises,.. Yes, it won’t happen overnight, but it’ll happen.

And i’m sorry, but The Junk Food.. Their bodies don’t need it, they think their bodies need it.. More Psychological, and Physical effort applied would make some kind of difference.. That’s my opinion, anyway!

I’ve been driving in my car, it’s not quite a jaguar
I bought it in primrose hill from a bloke from brazil
It was made in Fifty-Nine in a factory by the tyne
It says Volvo on the door, the g.p.o. owned it before
I drive in it as i must, even though it’s full of rust
But I don’t really care, give me some gas and the open air

It’s a bit old but it’s mine, I mend it in my spare time
Just last week I changed the oil, the rocker valves and the coil
Just last week I changed the oil
Last week it went round the clock, I also had a little knock
I dented somebody’s fender, he learnt not to park on a bender, ha ha ha

I’ve been driving in my car, it don’t look much but I’ve been far
I drive up to muswell hill, I’ve even been to selsey bill
I drove along the M25, I had her up to 28..
This copper stopped me the other day, you’re mistaken what could I say
The tyres were a little worn, they were o.k., I could have sworn
I like driving in my car, I’m satisfied I’ve got this far

I like driving in my car, it don’t look much but I’ve been far
I like driving in my car, even with a flat tyre
I like driving in my car, it’s not quite a jaguar
I like driving in my car, I’m satisfied I’ve got this far

Actually Woo Hoo, it wasn’t the Lake district … she went for a drive on her local Motorway (the M25) …. but nobody told her that it just went round and round in a big 225 mile circle.

It was only after her fifth meal break at the Clackett’s Lane service station that she began to get that deja vu feeling.

Eventually even the Volvo got bored with going round and round in circles and gave in. She was rescued when her local meals on wheels service took pity on her and reported her absence from home – but only after they’d delivered three days worth of lunches and collected them uneaten.

    I did that,..

Whilst learning to drive, i went around the same roundabout for the whole of the lesson.. What was i to do, my Indicator was stuck…

Ps, it’s all very well hearing about Bat, but what happened to the Volvo?..
