stuck on my JC screen and I cannot use it.
In the past Martin has fixed it. can u help me?

Two things to try:

1. Reload the page
2. Log out of JC and log back in again

Martin am I suppose to register? I thought I had? I have 2 pm’s stuck on the JC3 again,
do not know why this is happening? could u plz
help me. they have been on there for 6 days.

First of all  I hope that I have registered. Second of all, the pm’s will not clear off,   they keep blocking my jc chat. Martin in the past has cleared

them. They seem to get stuck at the top of the screen.  I have tried

different avenues, but to no avail.   Xfinity my carrier, said that is

was JC’s problem, and they could not fix it.   Bellevue,  or Lupe
