What makes me laugh is how gossip when thrown at you is gospel but when you throw it back at the abuser its total nonsense Apparently I’m so good I’ve had sex with people I haven’t even met….beat that!!

If it’s gonna bother you if divulged info is used “against” you then don’t divulge it..if it doesn’t bother you then it doesn’t matter.
You don’t chat in the room though do you Pete, it is nigh on impossible in a long conversation, private or public, not to reveal some information, whether you intend to or not. There are people, professionals, who pick up on those small nuances and are able to link them, into something more bitesized and gnaw away on it contentedly.
I did though and it was a decent chat room then as much for the format as the chatters

I disagree, thats saying that unless it bothers you, or affects you personally, its ok. The day i start worrying about what will be used against me will be the day i quit chat.
No that’s saying if it doesn’t bother you if after giving out personal information it’s used against you then it’s not important to you personally. If it bothers you then don’t give out any personal info. The thing that’d bother me more is something being said in PM being repeated, i wouldn’t repeat anything said in PM

But how do you know who to trust?
You wouldnt divulge anything said in PM but some do. You only know afterwards. So what do you do? I refuse to change on account of lowlife that dont respect privacy and trust. I trust till im proved wrong. Let me down or betray a confidence, we are done, til then i prefer to offer trust.
