No one has ever said that alcohol or drugs was better for kids than a ‘loving bonk’
BUT it was suggested that young people who drink just the once are in danger of becoming raging alcoholics and drugs users and that underage sex would somehow be the lesser of those evils???????????Well if people want to encourage their 15 or 16 year old daughters to have some ‘private and loving time’ in their bedrooms within their own house that is up to you as a parent.
But do not ever fool yourself that you allowing your underage child to have sex is any better than you allowing them a few vodka and cokes because it is WORSE.
No parent would ever sit back and watch their child drink so much it might kill them, and no parent would watch their child have sex at a young age either.
You believe that sex at a young age is ‘safer’ than them having a few drinks?

You may be shallow and unfeeling but others are not the same. young people who have sex attach feellings and emotions to it. It is not just a ‘bonk’ to them, they forget their education they forget their parents they fall in ‘love’ you cannot tell me that ever single young person who has underage sex just laughs it off. no they get emotionally envolved and to some young people ‘making love’ is what they do. And you are really trying to tell us that oh that ok for them to get hurt and rolled up in the moment rather than 3 vodka and cokes?

Redeem yourself by posting up charts of the reason why people drink and the common demoninator as to why ‘alcoholics’ become alcoholics .Post up a graph about the causes of alcoholism I am sure that the lancet will have some documents.

Come on you seem to believe that if a young person has 3 vodka and cokes they will automatically become a total alcoholic.
You skim over the fact that young people who are abused or have sex too early may screw them up for life.
So I do love your graphs and charts could you please do what I ask
why do people drink?
Do they have issues?
Or do they just really like the taste?

and if you even attempt to tell me that alcoholics do not become that way due to childhood or young adult abuse I will see that you are blinkered and are less intelligent than I thought you were.

Who is saying that children should have sex with old people, or who is saying they should become alcoholics?

If anyone had said that, then I would imagine everyone coming down on them like a ton of bricks.
There are many reasons for people becoming alcoholics. Most I know have become alcoholics as a result of bullying at work; some because it’s a way of escaping problems, some possibly because of childhood abuse.
The only person who’s stuck up a graph is mr bollox, with mooosey compelled to correct him with another more accurate graph.
Are either of those wanting kids to become alcoholics, or slaves to dirty old men (or dirty young men??)

Indeed it is your thread and as most threads they get taken over by others that haven’t got a clue what the original thread was about.
Some women are easily manipulated by evil men and vice versa.
How can one tell what someone will turn out to be?

Drug addicts.

What advice could I give on this? None really as I have never come into contact with evils of this type.
One piece of advice I could give you is if you have any doubt on someone avoid them its not worth taking a risk and if you have taken the wrong decision then get away don’t be a target.
Keep seeking for what you are really looking for you will find it in the end. Be yourself and not what others want you to be.
Scep, I think Mizzy is responding to goading by the above mentioned Mr Bollox, in his normal way he has twisted a flippant comment she made saying she would rather her child snuck a couple of drinks than go off with a much older man for sex. Mr Bollicky graphgate inferred that a ‘loving bonk’ at 15 was preferable to encouraging a child to drink litres of vodka, which of course no one said at all, its all just twisting the knife, whilst trying to sound so calm and inoffensive, which we all recognise quite easily… Its nothing new. What Mizzy is saying, I assume , is that a ” cheeky bonk” at a young age if the child is not emotionally mature enough to handle it could actually contribute to mental health issues later in life, one of which may well be alcoholism. Correct me if I’m off base here Mizzy. I think she would like Mr Bollockygraphgate to provide some evidence in his own ‘ one size fits all ‘ fashion.

If you are telling me that being sexually abused as a child or young adult is not a factor then I will not only disbelieve you I will laugh at you.
