A few years ago I was working on the roof of Liverpool 1 changing the air con and kitchen filters. We stayed in a hotel a few miles from Liverpool but that night the Monday night footie game on sky was Man U v Everton. Sitting in the bar with my Man U shirt on and a hotel full of Everton supporters I had a great night. And we won 2 nil so think you Liverpool. That night will stay with me for ever.

The only gobby people who put Liverpool down  ( bin dippers, scroungers, thieves, etc ) are the people who have never been, Read news in the early 80’s , reports by The Sun ( spits ) , Its a beautiful city, much work done in 2008 as city of culture, historically, architecturally , spiritually, its an amazing city, London was voted in the top ten of dirtiest cities in Europe, out of the top 1oo dirtiest cities in Europe , Liverpool wasn’t even in the list. I wont name near by cities that were…. its not about that.  Liverpudlians have a humour and a compassion all their own. I for one am VERY proud to be from this city :good:

This city also owns its heritage. We have a fabulous maritime museum, amongst others, that portrays history as it actually was, including its involvement in the slave trade, its history , good or bad, but also gives knowledge to the major part Liverpudlian politicians played in abolishing the same trade :good:

In my opinion…..take Liverpudlians out of their home environment and their lost……they built up a cozy identity of well we’re from Liverpool…we are the Beatles, etc but for the ones that don’t live there….there a different kettle of fish altogether…..

In all honesty and in my opinion…i get the impression that Liverpudlians have got way too smug over the years…i mean let’s face it…..if it wasn’t for The Beatles….or possibly the slave trade……would Liverpool even be noticed?…….LMAO RATF PML

Bigger doesn’t necessarily mean dirtier……that’s very stereotypical and narrow minded….some city’s are actually cleaner than villages…..that’s an assumption not a fact……

Shame they had it in the first place moosey……

    More ill informed crap q.

Liverpudlians don’t travel well?  Why are so many in the navy?

I understand you live in a small village no prizes for guessing your job there but ask any member of the human race here if they have ever worked with a Liverpudlian.

Famous for the slave trade and the beatles?

Ever heard of a place called anfield q?

Q  you have never been within 150 miles of Liverpool so trying to tell you about the architectural delights there be very much like playing a piano infront of a cow.

    Pointless.

I can’t even be bothered responding to his ‘made up’ facts. He is completely obtuse, talks a load of nonsense and has once again shown himself to be a complete idiot. He actually thinks that the tripe he comes out with will upset or rile me without realising that most people can see what a nincompoop he is and just laugh at his nonsense. Still, I’ll sleep better tonight knowing he has his bike helmets on hooks…… yawn…..

What can I say other than …. Thick as a brick.  The Bernie Winters of the boards.
