ppl often buy me these orchids in a plantpot popular as gifts now, tall stem a few leaves and flower, after a month all leaves drop and eventually flower too , I was told the roots need light as in jungle the roots are above ground ? but they look ugly in a clear pot ? kinda …. as you may have guessed I’m not green fingered, mind you my flowering tubs were magnificent last year
orchids are very moody plants moose,some might say a tad tempermental,my advice is if they are in a tub bring them in twice a day,let them see the light of your m/wave as your cooking your spag bol,it placates them
Stick em in the microwave it cooks them
