Well I am not able to agree with the thrust of this topic. It’s all very well moaning about elderly relatives being over-medicated but one has to wonder what their own families are doing for them.

You know Tommy, they’re both quite right. There ought to be an exemption for widows because they at least did the decent thing and got married.

How about a five year exemption for all widows (on production of a valid marriage certificate)??? After 5 years they revert to the status of a slapper and become liable to the Slapper Tax.
