Personaly I have done 4 day cycling trips averaging 50 miles a day so I know twaddle when I hear it q.

it depends if what is important, is worth it to them, people can be important in say some rich cnt ceo factory for making them millions, but it dont mean that worker feels important, more likely he feels like some slave on minimum wage.

my experience with drs is they are mostly incompetant, and they cleary dont have no intell about mental health, all I see them as is some human drug vending machine.

also the way I see things in life about mental health, is people need to try all different ways to try and fix there brain, and never refuse any type of way.
