This is actually false.
The Sexual Offences Act 2003 defines rape as:
“A person (A) commits an offence if— (a)he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis, (b)B does not consent to the penetration, and c)A does not reasonably believe that B consents.”
This clearly states that rape is only applicable for forced penitration with a penis, specifically by someone with a male identity.

If you do you are told you are a pedant, that your point is irrelevant, that you don’t understand anything and are basically treated with disdain and rudeness. You just have to try and work out what people actually mean by total guess work…. odd huh ? !!
Making sports gender neutral isn’t really a workable solution then……
Maybe ‘ The Transgender Games’ is the way to go ?

Studies have shown that Black African males naturally have higher Testosterone levels ( in general) than other males, this was found to be the case because they were actually researching prostate cancer, the numbers are higher in Black African males than other males…. It is a very iffy subject testing for certain things as some people have higher levels than others naturally and not because of drugs etc…
And even apparently too oops !
