Interesting
As JFK said “ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country”
Of course Emma doesnt see it that way but I wouldnt expect her to.
I guess you only have to be lucky once but I have to say of these pumpkins trying to blow us to fe/ck…they arent very good are they? Or very intelligent?
The two at Glasgow didnt even stay and get burnt to Allah but jumped out and are now under arrest (and hence provide MI5 with loads of new leads).
And a car on fire? How long did they train for that one then?
Of course, it could have been worse but somehow I cant help think that its all very amateurish..or am I being cynical?

Funny you should say that – I was watching FOX news and the point was raised about why Britain seems to have this element of radicalism that other countries don’t.
I just hope that this isn’t the beginning of a chain reaction of these sort of events.
Err…I take it the 3 weeks of national riots across France last year by disenfranchised Muslim youths doesnt count or the Madrid train bombs?
We have an element because we (a very powerful christain country) invaded a weak Muslim country and we are still there, slowly assisting in the death of a nation- it isnt rocket science to see why fruitcakes pick on us
I said THESE sort of events, which, incase you missed what the post was about initially, revolved around the events in Glasgow.
You quoted FOX news which stated that Britain seems to have a radicalism other countries dont- I merely pointed out the fallacy of your quote
30 June, 2007 at 6:40 pm #274498OH! PB – pedantic? Moi?
My simple case in point was to be accused of being “unpatriotic” by someone who posts with a phoney flag seemed somewhat hypocritical and ironic.
And yes, possibly pedantic too :D

29 June, 2007 at 8:03 pm #274546But despite what the media says, it isnt that easy to cooridnate, plan and implement a massive attack on the scale you mention without drawing attention to yourself.
I dont doubt there are some who wish to do it but simply havent the connections, the ability or the nouse to know how.
IMO
29 June, 2007 at 7:32 pm #274495Coming from someone who doesnt even know what the Union Jack looks like and posts a siggy with something that is supposed to look like the true flag, I’ll take that as a compliment
29 June, 2007 at 7:31 pm #274577I care Emma- Ive worked over 65 hours this week, along with many others, to help those who have suffered in the floods
N no, I didnt have to work those hours, its my choice
29 June, 2007 at 7:29 pm #274544Or Emma
perhaps there arent millions of terrotists waiting to destroy this country. Perhaps there are a few people (and it does indeed only take a few) with a loose screw and a warped ideal but who actually dont have any concerted organisation, little support from within their own community and who do these things in isolation because thats all they can do.
Perhaps?
29 June, 2007 at 8:56 am #274486Racism through ignorance is no different than racism through conscious thought
Bernard Manning was a “fat bast/ard”, absolutely no doubt
When Bernard Manning becomes a “fat WHITE bast/ard”- the fact that he is a bast/ard centres on the fact he is WHITE- when this is ushed by someone who is not white, it becomes racist in point.
Ive said it so many times on here- use colour, whatever colour, as a reference point to abuse and it is racist.
Anyone can be a “fat, old, ugly, smelly, stupid, lecherous etc..bast/ard” however add a race or colour to those and you single out their colour as well as their characteristic and identify the colour with the abuse as well as the characteristic
The fact TM was reading from a clearly scripted autocue is no excuse- he should have read it and he should apologise.
However I find almost just as funny the fact that Emma becomes all PC when it suits her-
I also find it funny that this abuse has been suffered by the minorities for decades and now it has come full circle.
