If it’s not a psych problem (split personality lol) then I assume they just don’t care how annoying is can be to people, and do as they please. It’s a symptom of the isolating e-age.

I’m a new member but in other chat room I’ve found the same irritating problem. It’s a symptom of the e-age I’d say – where people can say they’re anyone, be anyone, they let their phoniness come out and don’t realize they affect people negatively. As a newbie I got a few “Page down” notices before it worked.
