Based on the findings of this report.
I think it assumes a no-deal Brexit in it’s analysis, but I dont remember exactly.

International law does not apply in real life, there are no consequences for breaking them.
The UK is arguable the second most powerful country in the world, and has a permanent seat on the UN security council. Nobody will question this decision, it has been made hundreds of times before by the UK.

UK law does not require that someone holds dual nationality to be denaturalised.
This is a UN directive, which the British government seems to have decided that it doesn’t care about.

This is actually wrong.
The Monty Hall problem needs 4 or more choices before the probability of winning increases from switching. With three choices the probability is 1/3 in both cases.

The proposals for the “people’s vote” that I have seen use Single Transferable Voting (STV), which would mean that the leave vote would not be split in this way.
Athough, I think that holding another referendum on this subject is a terrible idea regardless of what voting method is used, and what options are on it.
