I was reading about incels – involuntary celibates – men who are shunned by women, and become very angry about it.

One incel in Montreal last year drove his car on to a pavement, killing 10 pedestrians. He was protesting against the refusal of women to sleep with him.

A breath of fresh air, and at the same time a revival of memories of a great chatter.

I think it says that people appreciate beauty. I found it very positive.

I don’t like the comparisons being made between the generous response to the burning of Notre Dame and the mean response to the burning of the Grenfell Tower, for instance.
