I presume I’m Philomena, also presume you feel very witty…. yea, everyone is rolling around at that one. I don’t want you to change your mind, or your views, or your opinions, I don’t want anything from you nor anything to do with you. After a long time of ‘thinking’ I sort of got you and sort of understood what you stand for, I now know I was totally wrong and that no one will ever ‘get’ you, because there is no foundation. The goal posts shift continuously to suit your own ego. I believe the only thing you actually stick to is a desperate need to be important and to ‘win’ what you perceive to be some sort of battle. It’s all about you. Your need to be respected, your need to talk about you, your need to be listened to, you swap from aggressor and name calling, to poor me I’m a victim of bullies. As we said to Q , just because more than one person disagrees with you doesn’t mean it is a gang of people bullying you, yet you try and portray that to readers in an effort to what ? gain support ? who knows. I can recognise an aggressive, loud mouthed bully when i see one, as can anyone, what takes longer to spot is a chameleon , changing its tone and attitude in a subtle way, weaving and dodging, misquoting and insinuating, all in an effort to make people look stupid and boost their own ego. It must be a lonely way to live. Give me the loud mouthed bully any day, at least you get what it says on the tin. So, you see, I don’t want you to change anything, finally I see you and now nothing you say or insinuate matters !! Nothing !

I like the sound of your single lady mother. Good for her, nothing worse than bitchy people ganging up on people. It happens in the chat room a lot, making someone look bad they think makes them look better, it’s one of the reasons I don’t go in much now, I’d not put any store in the opinions of those people much less try and curry favour with them, but that’s just me.

I fully stand by that finale, and I’m planning to write on it soon.
I know who would have told you that. I went in there for a private chat with someone on f2 which involved banter, and so i pulled into f3 to relax by chatting to people I used to know, even if slightly. I go in there so rarely, and it’s nice to reminisce. If that character thought it was cringe, then they’re looking for cringe. If you’re looking to slag off anybody anywhere, you’ll find it *guaranteed..

Lol, that would have been a good post till you ruined it with your sly digs at the finale. More ludicrous claims. Nobody is trying to stop you speaking your political mind lol, because some people don’t agree with your political opinions doesn’t mean you can’t voice them and you do voice them very often on threads which have legs and continue on through the political changes in real time. I’m sorry more readers don’t support your political ideas, some do, just not many. That’s no ones fault, no one is stopping anyone from liking or agreeing with you lol. Stop playing a victim you are far from it, you’re someone who copy and pastes posts leaving off the posters names therefore making it look like they have said things they haven’t and confusing the reader, then tell the reader how they should read said posts, clever and sneaky and far from a poor victim who is also deaf. I have it on good authority from someone who has no axe to grind with anyone, you popped in room the other night on a mission to kiss a bit of bottom and remind everyone how understanding and reasonable you are, apparently it was all a bit cringe, their words not mine. I realise this is just here say but it did make me chuckle.
Linda I think your idea was well intentioned, however it would never be appropriate. Our members of parliament are voted in. They are there to represent the majority of their constituents and carry out their constituents wishes, be their voice in government. They are not there to ignore their constituents wishes because they think they know better or to make their constituents look stupid, call them mindless and infantile and basically brow beat or cry, stamp their feet and cry if they don’t get their own way. That’s the idea anyway lol, so you see, some people just would not be suited, far from it lol
