Today I had a couple of Belgians buns after tea…and I slept for 12 hours.
Its the first time I’ve slept that long since removing sugar last week

I’ve been hearing this nonsenses for the last 18 months. Things are getting back to normal !!
Schools, puds, restaurant’s and night clubs are open.

I believe in the right to chose. Its not just vaccine’s or any medical torment… it goes beyond that. Other wise we’re all just slaves being controlled by a few corrupt people.

Kenty you shouldn’t dismiss Linda so lightly. Its a culture thing not lack of intelligence. I’ve spoken to a few of the French community who return over the summer, they reflect Linda’s views on vaccination & immigration.

Look I’m not giving up my gold top milk or butter so you can frk off !!!
In the morning I like poached egg in a muffin
Its just boil water in the micro wave for few mins, add a bit of salt…. give it a spin like a washing machine and add the egg… leave for a min or two.
Then pull it out and slap it in a muffin :)

But …. I have been going thru 6kg of sugar each month and I live alone. Even I know this is way to much

Air source heat pumps also have the problem that their (outdoor) radiators freeze is cold weather, so they have to run an electric heater (outdoors) to keep melting the ice.

That depends on the heat transfer coefficient, which is determined by the design of the heat pump, and mostly by the temperature and humitity of the air.
Under an ideal situtation the coefficient can be a 1:3 ratio, but that’s when the air has a lot of thermal energy to extract. That’s why they are used as air conditioners.
